I am Richard A. Greene, President of Goldsmith-Greene Insurance in Cleveland, Ohio, and Owner of Southwest Insurance Associates in Sarasota, Florida.   I am an Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI).

 I come from a long line of insurance agents – Great Grandfather (1897), Grandfather ((1902), Father (1946), and myself (1974).  We are proud of our tradition, and can claim current clients, whose families started with us as far back as 1914!   We have many clients who have been with us for decades!

Our success has been based on hard, honest work, giving our clients professional and thorough service, going beyond what others promise.   I am generally available to my clients from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., 7 days/week.   And if I’m not in my office, I have an answering machine & cell phone.

 I have assembled a group of individual professional insurance agents, known as Southwest Insurance Associates to provide a broad range of coverages with a large stable of fine companies.  By utilizing this approach, where no one agent tries to be the answer to all insurance needs, we are able to target each special line of coverage and to be experts with up-to-date certification and product knowledge in the areas that you need.
